Elekslaser A3 Pro Belt Clamp/Tensioner

I wanted to use the Elekslaser belt tensor by joshuruiz, but I didn't have any extra M3 bolts or nuts; I only had what came with the kit. So I re-designed this to use only the M5 and M3 bolts/nuts that the kit belt clamp uses.
