I upgraded my 3d printer with some low noise Noctua fans and wanted to add a removable dust filter. Maybe it could be useful to some of you too.
If you wish to screw the frame in place, you must countersink holes, to get the screw head flush with or below the surface.

If you slice it with Simplify3D, you must "Allow single extrusion walls"
see under. Edit process settings - Advanced - External thin wall type.
Or it will not slice the mesh.
