E3D lite6 hotend with full threads and cutaway version

I loved the "[E3D V6 hotend with full threads and cutaway version](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2762634)" and since in [Bitfab](http://bitfab.io) we use the E3D lite6 hotend I decided to make the heatsink and PTFE tube to explain to new operators the basics of the hotend.
