EnderToolBoxTop Putty Knife Addon

This piece is intended to glue to the base plate of the [original model](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2750426) over the square hole to hold a putty knife.

XrControl said he is adding a holder but I had already started printing and did not want to waste what I had started.
