Dessicase Feeder for Smaller Pushfit Connector (PC4-M6)

This is a remix of the Dessicase feeder component modified to accommodate the smaller PC4-M6 pushfit connector. Using this connector is not optimal as PTFE tubing cannot fit all the way through the connector into the Dessicase. Nevertheless, I have a bunch of PC4-M6 connectors laying around that I want to put to use.
