ATX breakout wall mount PCB slider (electronics-salon D-1188)

This was pretty slick. I modified it to print all four legs, otherwise it's just changing dimensions. Neat.

I liked this ATX breakout because it doesn't use ancient glass fuses and I didn't want binding posts.
