Created this figurine for a friend at work as we do a lot of specialist consultation for Government Departments and they are full of people who "Know Boats". They all think they are "Subject Matter Experts" on so many things (despite you being brought in as the "Expert" due to not having one) yet hold no qualification and demonstrate neither an understanding of the subject nor the level of an expert on the matters discussed.
