This is a GoPro Hero 4 Black edition camera adapter modified for mounting onto the X-Cam Sight 2 gimbal. It may also work with other phone holders as well.

The weight of the camera and the adapter is too light for the gimbal. I added two M6 screws with self locking nuts to provide extra 20 grams of weight so that the gimbal works properly.
