Ceiling Hook (J-hook strong enough for Pantry rack)

I don't have a door to put this over the door rack to hold our pantry stuff, so I made a custom ceiling J-hook for it. It's placed alongside our fridge, so I couldn't even put a nail/screw on the side. I've been using these hooks for over a year now (printed 2 hooks for the following rack).
