CR-10 Fan isolator isolator vibration

I kept getting vibration sound and traced it to the stock part cooler fan. No matter how tight I made the screws I kept getting a vibration sound so I made an isolator/dampener mount that supported the flanges of the part cooler fan. And now no more vibration sound
