These are the bearings I use for the upper mounts. They are F608zz. The 688s in the stock mounts get used in the lower section.

##Printing instructions:

Minimum 4 outer walls, 6 top walls/bottom solid layers, 50% infill.

If you're not printing perfectly accurate, scale down the insert slightly.

##Installation:

install f688z and top plug into mount, do not install bottom plug yet.
