PVC sliding stopper (for 3/4" diam)

Just a simple ring/collar with a beveled edge (ID= 26.7mm, OD=40.7mm) to keep a curtain rod from sliding off one rod holder or another when the curtain is drawn. Dragon Head Curtain Rod Holder in the third picture is here:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:911288
