Gear Widget: Semi-Planetary Reverser 2.0

So this is pretty much the same widget I made a while back, but I made a few neat changes. I improved the ring gears' outer aesthetics, redesigned a front plate so that you can see the gears better, and I think it's now a little easier to put together too! I had to use a dremel tool on the front plate's inner surfaces to get them to press fit over their pegs. The holes aren't quite big enough, but it wasn't too much work.
