CR-10 Adjustable Z-axis stepper + damper bracket

I modified an existing bracket to create this one so it had the additional height to support a Nema 17 damper. Originally I designed it to have the stepper mount section of the bracket go all the way around the coupler, however I found this obstructing the X gantry during auto-home so removed one corner, which is why there are separate files, although one is just a mirror of the other. Also increased the diameter of the screw holes on the stepper mount a little to make putting the screws in easi
