Credo's box remixed for small fan and header access

Thank you for a great case Credo.

The basic case is the same and any one of these parts will fit Credo's.
Changes:
Top: small fan 30mm, camera header slot, and io header cutout.
Bottom: decreased sd cutout depth and increased width.
Back: increased sd cutout width
Front: Added center usb divider
Right: moved headphone hole toward HDMI 0.6mm to center with part, reduced top of usb power cutout 1.4mm for tighter fit.
Left: No change.
