Mount for tiewrap antenna

A simple mount to allow a tiewrap support for a non rigid antenna to be mounted on a wing or other surface.

Best printed the right way up, on the flat side, with support

Added a redesign with a "V" in one side to allow the antenna to run much closer to the tiewrap base before it goes vertical.
