E3D Modular Mount for Anet A8

This is a work-in-progress, there are a couple of things need fixing, and I haven't tested it on the printer yet.

It's a modular mount for E3D style hot ends. Currently only a single E3D can be mounted, but I plan on making a double mount soon. Slides can be removed/replaced, making it easy to swap hot ends.

There are dovetail rails on both sides for mounting fans, cameras, sensors etc, but I haven't designed anything to fit them yet.
