V2 Rocket

A simplified model of a V2 rocket.
I used this to demonstrate the principle of "design for manufacture" to my students - the original design fitted the fins separately to the tail section, but a secure fit wasn't easily possible. Modifying the tail section to incorporate the fins meant a more complex design, but gave a much better finished product.
