CR10 Spool shaft bushing update

Purchased my CR-10 printer 2 weeks ago and this is the updated version to make the spool holder bushing work with your stock spool holder tube. Shorten tube length to 81 mm, increased inside diameter to 33 mm. In order to get the correct thread pitch on the nut shorten nut length to 25 mm.
