Stone Teeth Entrance

I haven't done a test print of this yet so I'm not sure if it'll all fit together. I'll likely make some changes once I see how it all works.

I had made one of these with the [Hirst Arts](http://www.hirstarts.com/) molds and wanted to recreate it for use with all the printed scenery I've been building up.
