Gantry end block mono price select mini

During the exchange of the linear bearings of my PrimaCreator P120 (also known as Monoprice Select mini) I damaged the end block of the gantry. I measured all dimensions and designed this using Onshape. I changed 1 hole into a slotted hole to overcome some of the overdetermined construction.
I managed to print this with the damaged end block. After printing, I reamed the round 6mm hole for nice fitting.
