Dual Mosfet mount for Flying Bear P905

This is a remix of the Anet A8 dual mosfet mount. It is mounted as the fitting washer in the top two screws. In addition, I include another re-mix of the fan cover to replace the 40mm fan with an 80mm fan. It is much quieter. (I can't seem to find the original fan cover link.)

Update 3/25/2018: Add mount to support trigorilla mosfet

When I start printing ABS with heater bed at 95 degree, the mosfet got really hot. Therefore, I now have version 2 wh
