Walker's Easy-Read Anemometer

This took a few tries to get to good working order, and it has a few kinks left, but it works pretty well!
After reading some research papers covering anemometer cup shape and theory, I decided to try testing one of the more rare 'wing' type shapes. It's far more effective than my last version that used the round cups.
This version also has mounts for a second level of cups, although I haven't yet put those on my machine yet, it should smooth things out even more.
