Anet A8 Direct Drive mount for E3D V6

This is for the the Anet A8 and should mount with the factory idler mounts but is designed to fit perfectly with these. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2773206
The stepper is mounted a little different to re-position the weight of the stepper. It requires (2) M4 nuts that slip in the bottom of the mount to hold the hotend. The nuts only fit in one way and that is with one of the points of the nut straight up. Then (2)M4x 20 screws clamp the hotend. One m3 screw is used to guide the extruder
