Front panel for MKS MINI12864 LCD

I really liked the printer electronics and PSU enclosure, but I don't use TFT32 display. The only other display that will fit is the MKS MINI12864 LCD. This should be a drop in replacement for the old front panel. It has openings for the control knob, the button and the SD card.
