E-ZPass Flex Baseplate

A thin baseplate for the E-ZPass Flex transponder used in Northern Virginia (it's the one with the HOV switch on it).

I painted this black (only had white filament), then hot-glued the E-ZPass into the tray. Finally, I used 3M Velcro to attach the tray to the windshield.
