TUSH Frame v2

Update: As promised, I raised the sides and put bottoms under the rollers.

My first attempt at a frame/base thing for TUSH. It keeps the spindles evenly spaced and level. I will probably make adjustments to this, for instance, to make the edges higher and probably put a bottom on it, too.
