Z-axis adjust for CR-10

a little plate with L-shape to make it possible to change the 0-position of the Z-axis slightly. I needed this to allow for a slightly higher bed once I had found the proper way to get rid of the slight dip in the glass!

The L-shape is needed to make sure that the plate touches the end of the microswitch lever to get maximum accuracy.
