Parametric rubber stamp handle with better fillet

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11619 to have a more properly formed fillet where the handle joins the base.

P.S. Don't mind the piece of shit, I couldn't find anything else nearby that I could use to show the scale of the print.
