Picture frame jig

I Had to make a few picture frames and I couldn't justify the cost of these fancy binder clamping systems.
Wood glue does not adhere to PLA, but I added some clearance where the glue might spill.
The hole was intended for a clip that would hold the binder in place while setting up everything together. Turned out not to be an issue so I didn't bother adding it.
