Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals Motor Rumble Mount for "ShakeIt" motor software (For more info about ShakeIt take a look here.)

I used some motor from old PS2 and Xbox gamepad.
For the assembly you need some zip ties and M3 bolts and nuts for closing cap.
