CR-10 chain link bowden and cable support

Chain link style support assembly for bowden tube and cable bundle that allows free movement without z drooping. Slotted for skinny velcro or zip ties.

When I bundled the Bowden tube, cables, and the ezabl cord they were just heavy enough to droop lower than the gantry and get rubbed back and forth during prints. I designed this chain link style support in Blender that anchors at the extruder and velcro'd the bundle to it. It allows free xy movement but not z.
