Duplo Gear Rod & Chain

Part of the [Duplo Gears Project](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2268803).

This generates gear rods to convert rotation from Duplo Gears into a linear motion and back. Long rods with any length and height can be created. Generated rods can be chained together with a simple snap in connector. To hold rods in place better, simply put another (short) rod on top and lock with a Duplo bridge from the top.

Works pretty well already, especially with long rods. Well working chains of short part
