E3D Custom UMOriginal Mount

This is a remix of lions3's E3D mount design to work with the Ultimaker Original. The original design had issues on UMO printers since the cross rods are rotated 90 degree relative to the UM2. This created a bunch of issues such as the cooling fan placement and collision. I rotated the lower half features by 90 degree so that the fan placement is correct. An additional bump was made to make the body wider so that any attachment for the original design will fit. I also uploaded a version that use
