Customizable standoff for mounting electronics boards to flat surfaces. I used this to mount a speaker crossover board to the inside of the speaker enclosure, but it would work well in many more applications.

Parameters include:

* Base diameter and thickness
* Standoff height and diameter
* Hole diameters
* Fillet radius
