SD card adapter & Filament guide mount for Anet A8

This is a combination of an SD card adapter holder (to hold a full size SD card adapter to micro sd ribbon cable extension) which fits the frame of an Anet A8, and a filament guide (remix of this filament guide: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2388379/#files ).

I had downloaded a couple different SD card adapter holders and printed out, but both were the wrong size for my adapter. I thought I'd make my own, and also add a filament guide that I had downloaded and liked (Thanks DerTechniker)
