Niques Spool Holder Assembly Addition

Added an inner rod version with a male and female end. Also included a wide clip for clamping onto the rod that holds the spools in place. Again trying to make a complete package with minimal hardware. Can be used with the original smaller front frame pieces from (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2779747) with (4)-M3x16 screws & nuts or with the version with plugs included with this assembly if required as it fits snugly without them
