Harddisk adapter 2.5" to 3.5"

This thing holds a 2.5" SATA harddisk and makes it drop-in-replace a 3.5" form-factor - including electrical connections.
Thing is, I have a harddisk dock in my office PC; It's designed to hold a 3.5" harddrive and has a mechanism that does not require any caddy. It'll take the bare disk. See picture.
However, with the plethora of 2.5" drives flooding the market these days, I would like to be able to stick one of those into the dock too.
If you look at the SATA connector on these two type
