Chair Headrest

I have an office chair (brand unknown as it is a hand-me-down) that has three screws on the back for mounting a headrest. This is an attempt at making the headrest. I have not printed it out yet, as some of the parts are too big for my printer, so I will have to wait until my work printer is available.
