40mm fan to 1.5" tube adapter

I bought a Printed Solid enclosure for fume and temperature control for my Lulz Mini. Built in to the enclosure is a 40mm fan mount to help vent fumes from the enclosure. I had some 1.5" sump discharge tubing leftover from a project and I wanted to use it to hook up to my fan. On here I found a lot of 1.25" adapters and a ton of parametric ones, but nothing specifically for 1.5". That's what this adapter is for.
