MK8 Aluminum Extruder TPU Mod (Alternate Version)

I had to modify the original [MK8 Aluminum Extruder TPU Mod](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1740043) by BootsInShoes slightly to fit the "Co-Link MK8 extruder" I got from Amazon.

The screw hole in the back didn't quite line up, so I modified the screw hole to be a slot so that it can fit on MK8 extruders with different screw hole positioning, like mine.
