Decora / Leviton Electrical Wall Plate Blank Insert.

This blank Decora wall plate is dug-out on the back so that the face is only 3mm thick. It is suitable for low voltage signal and data connectors such as ethernet, HDMI video, and audio.

Connectors may be recessed on the front by 1.5mm to provide a professional look. It also includes wide internal mounting holes so that the insert can be attached to a standard junction box that might not be perfectly upright.
