53.5mm Spool center

Designed a quick spool center for my awkward filament spool as its not a nice number, i also like to use it without bearings but still try to keep it so its spins on its mass center.
i use a 10mm rod for my holder so made it slightly larger for those that need it.

TL;DR
fits spool center size of 53.5mm with hole size 12mm
