Dalpek Bat Signal (Cura-compatible)

When Cura is used to slice the original STL file at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:657146 , it causes 3 layers to be solid, blocking the tube. I uploaded the STL file to Netfabb Online Service https://service.netfabb.com/login.php - it failed the first time, but it worked the second time; this is the file it sent me.
