This is a standoff for mounting the SN04 Autolevelling sensor on the back of the Tevo Tarantula Dual Extruder heatsink. The existing holes were too high on mine - possibly because they were drilled at the wrong end at the factory. Even if they had been in the right place, the sensor would have been too close to the heater blocks if they were used without this piece.
