Over Watch Reaper Dracula Mask

I had this .PDO in amongst my to do list, as was a request to a dropbox link.
But the PDO was only referred to as P1680 and I have no other reference or recall whom it was that asked for the request. So I do appologise.
I guess you cant always keep track of every thing : )
Any way, if any one kindly knows what this mask is from. I can then at least give it a proper name. Cheers Jace
