I Designed this to have something like the "EVGA PowerLink Cable Management" adaptor as i have the "Phanteks Shift" mini itx Case and it has glass both sides and i have no way of hiding the PCIe Cables. This does the job. just slip the power cable through the clips on the back and affix the printed part to the back of your Graphics card with some non conductive double sided tape.
