RSA Badge holder

This is a remix of devivero0186 awesome RSA Badge holder.

Modifications include:
- taller to allow card to lock inplace securely
- added notches that the hold the card down from the top
- thickened the outer walls for a snugger card fit
- added extra spring for RSA retention
- squared off the bottom
- added extra support for the top hole

I've included 2 versions
- tall version (pictured) protrudes the lanyard hole above the card height
- short version has the lanyard hole in line
