CR-10S_DTI_Holder_Remix

I changed the dimensions slightly to allow this to fit with the duct fan mod. I think that I used the duct fan mod done by justinb81. I do like the remixes of this that have the ability to add a bolt to tighten the dial indicator, so I will probably add that at some point. Also the bridge on this holder does block quite a bit of the fan, so I am thinking about opening up the bridge some or perhaps this could be made to stick out a little more and leave a little gap between the bridge and the fan
