Straight line extruder and sensor

This is a new extruder body based on the one by danid87 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2604173 - with an integrated filament sensor housing. It's made specifically for relocated extruders, it will not fit in the stock location. Should work fine for top mounting the extruder or moving it to the end of the X axis arm as I've done.
